Online Learning
These eLearning short courses build upon our Core Competencies programming and will be delivered starting in the second half of 2020 via the web. The sessions will each include a live virtual classroom component with one of our adult educators, along with a self-directed component, allowing participants some degree of flexibility, scheduling the some of the program work to best suit their lifestyle and organizational priorities.
The self-directed work will include elements of reflective practice, prompting participants to explore how this learning can best suit own’s own working context as a nonprofit professional or board member in Nova Scotia.
